GTHM REFUND POLICY

Returns:
Guard the Heart Ministries, Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt and receive a full refund. If you need to return an item, please email Support@GuardtheHeart.com for return address and instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received.

Please note: DIGITAL DOWNLOADS are exempt from being returned due to the nature of the purchase.

DVD’s and their original packaging must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds:
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be promptly processed within 1-2 business days and a credit will applied via the original method of payment received.

Shipping
Unfortunately, GTHM cannot assume responsibility for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
